Recovered hydrocarbon liquid and condensed water is separated in a gravity separator. Only a few litres of water per hour flows to drain. The clean, uncontaminated hydrocarbon liquid is returned to the loading line or another recycling point. Direct measurement of recovered liquid, to custody transfer standards if required, for immediate calculation of recovery value.
